Richland Valley Ranch offers the highest quality hunting experience in East Tennessee. Our unique topography includes woodlands, pasturelands, open water sources, ridgelines, and plotted fields, allowing for a variety of hunting options. Whether you are a seasoned sportsman or a first-time hunter, our expansive property and diverse wildlife make Richland Valley Ranch the perfect hunting destination.

DOVE

Richland Valley Ranch maintains a healthy population of mourning doves across the property. Our 2-acre sunflower field is positioned beside an open water pond and is the preferred dove hunting location on site.

2022-23 Dove Season: TBD

  • Daily Rate (4 hours in the field): $125 per hunter
  • Bag Limit: 10 per day
  • Guides are available for an additional charge of $125 per day.

Turkey

Wild turkeys love roaming the ridges that stretch across Richland Valley Ranch. While hunters are welcome to stalk and position freely, we also provide a number of well-positioned blinds for guest convenience.

2023 Spring Turkey Season: TBD

  • Daily Rate (4 hours in the field): $200 per hunter
  • Bag Limit: 1 bearded turkey per day limit 3 per season
  • Guides are available for an additional charge of $125 per day.
